Yo, you ever hear ’bout that big d nba squad? Man, that’s some big fellas playin’ basketball. They all big and strong, jumpin’ and throwin’ that ball around. I tell ya, it’s somethin’ to see. They run up and down that shiny floor, bouncin’ that ball, tryin’ to get it in that little hoop way up high.
That big d nba squad, they got all them fellas, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, Shaquille O’Neal, Ernie Johnson, all them. They good at that basketball. They got a good team, I reckon. They practice all the time. Practice, practice, practice. That’s what they do. You gotta practice if you wanna be good. Just like them, you practice, you get better. That’s how it is, I tell ya.
They got this show, too, Inside the NBA, I hear ’em talkin’ ’bout it all the time. Folks say it’s a good show. Funny, even. They talk ’bout the game, ’bout who’s good and who ain’t so good. All that stuff. I don’t watch it much, but I hear folks talkin’ ’bout it. They like it, I guess.
It’s on that TNT, ESPN, somethin’ like that. One of them TV channels. Lots of folks watch it, I reckon. They like seein’ them big fellas play basketball. It’s excitin’, I guess. They jump so high, it’s like they’re flyin’ or somethin’.
There’s this one fella, Shaquille O’Neal, they call him Shaq. He’s a big one, that Shaq. Real big. Strong, too. He throws that ball around like it ain’t nothin’. He’s good, that Shaq. One of the best, I reckon. This Charles Barkley, he’s another good one in that big d nba squad. He’s a little bit smaller, but he’s still real good.

They got these other teams, too. They ain’t part of the big d nba squad, but they play against ’em. It’s a whole big thing, this basketball. Lots of folks like it. They get all excited ’bout it. It’s a big deal, I tell ya. They even got another thing called the NBA G League. I don’t know much ’bout that, but it’s somethin’ to do with basketball, I reckon.
They say these fellas been playin’ basketball for a long time. Since way back. They got all these old games, they call ’em “Classic Era.” Then they got some other games, they call ’em “Transitional Era.” I don’t know what that means, but it’s somethin’ to do with basketball, I reckon. They just love that game, them basketball players. That’s all they do, play basketball, talk about basketball, practice some more basketball. Always basketball, basketball, basketball.
And they all tryin’ to be the best. They all want to win. Every one of ’em. It’s a competition, I guess. They all want to be the best big d nba squad. They practice hard, play hard, and try to win them games. They’re a good team in that big d nba squad. I don’t know, they all look pretty good to me. I ain’t no expert or nothin’. Just sayin’ what I see.

If you like basketball, you should watch ’em. That big d nba squad. They’re somethin’ to see, I tell ya. They’re on that TV all the time. Just gotta find the right channel. Then you can watch ’em play. Maybe you’ll like it. Maybe you’ll get all excited like them other folks.
