Alright, so the other day, I really wanted to catch the SMU football game. I’m a huge fan, and missing a game? No way, not an option.
First, I grabbed my phone and started searching online. Where could I listen to the game? I mean, I wasn’t near a TV, so streaming video was out of the question. I needed a radio broadcast, or maybe something online. After a few minutes of searching, I found that there’s something called the SMU Mustangs Sports Network. Apparently, it’s a big deal, lots of people listen to it. It’s the place to go for live games. That sounded promising!
But here’s the thing – I wasn’t sure how to actually tune in. Was it a regular radio station? Did I need a special app? More searching. I dug around some more and found out they have their games on a normal radio station. I felt old school going back to regular radio. I learned you can also listen online. That’s great news for me, since I was out and about and not near an actual radio. Found it – it’s called TuneIn!
I quickly downloaded the TuneIn app, searched for SMU football, and boom! There it was, the live game, clear as a bell. I got to listen to the whole game, play by play, without missing a single moment. It was awesome!
I also stumbled upon some other ways to watch the games. It said there are streaming services that show the games. Apparently, you can do a free trial of Hulu + Live TV and watch that way. That’s good to know for next time, maybe. If I’m home, I could watch the game that way, but for now, the radio was the way to go.
- Downloaded the TuneIn app.
- Searched for “SMU Mustangs Football.”
- Found the game!
- Also, learned about Hulu + Live TV free trial for watching.
So yeah, that’s how I managed to catch the SMU game the other day. A little bit of searching, a quick app download, and I was all set. Good times! Go, Mustangs!
