Okay, so, I got into this whole Panini Contenders 2017 Football thing. It all started when I saw a few videos online about these boxes. I thought, “Why not give it a shot?” So, I went ahead and ordered a box.
When the box arrived, I was pretty stoked. I mean, who wouldn’t be? It’s like Christmas morning, but for grown-ups who still love collecting cards. Anyway, I carefully opened the box, you know, savoring the moment.
Inside, there were a bunch of packs. I started ripping them open, one by one. Each pack had a mix of cards, and I was mostly looking out for those autographed ones. They’re the real deal, you know? I mean, you might get a signature from some future superstar!
My Haul
-
Base Cards:
I got a ton of base cards, which, to be honest, are pretty standard. But hey, they’re part of the set, so I’m not complaining.
-
Inserts:
Then there were these insert cards. They’re a bit more special than the base cards. I pulled some “Rookie of the Year Contenders,” “MVP Contenders,” and a few others. They look pretty cool.
-
Autographs:
Now, for the good stuff. I did manage to get a few autographed cards. I have to say, pulling an auto is always a rush. You never know whose signature you’re gonna get. It’s like a mini lottery. The ones that I got, nothing too crazy, but an autograph is an autograph!
All in all, it was a fun experience. Did I get rich from it? Nope. But that’s not really the point, is it? It’s about the thrill of the chase, the excitement of opening each pack, and the joy of adding to your collection. Would I do it again? Probably. I mean, who knows what the next box might hold?
