You know that Patrick Mahomes, that football fella? Well, he’s a big deal in that fantasy football thing, too. My grandson, he’s always going on about it. He says I should make a team, give it a good name. Well, I been thinking, what names are good for a team with that Mahomes boy?
That Mahomes, he’s somethin’ else on the field. Like a chicken with its head cut off, runnin’ every which way, but he sure can throw that ball. So, a good name, it’s gotta have some of that. Some of that running around, some of that throwing. You know what I mean?
My grandson, he told me some folks, they call their team “Mahomestown Hero”. Sounds alright, I guess. Like that Mahomes, he’s the hero of some little town called “Mahomestown.” But where’s that town? I never heard of it. Maybe it’s one of them made-up places, like in them stories they tell on the TV.
Then there’s “Work From Mahomes.” That one, I don’t get it. What’s that even mean? Is Mahomes workin’ from home now? Is he sellin’ them insurance policies like that Jenkins boy down the street? Or maybe he’s one of them computer fellas now, typin’ away all day long. I don’t see him as the office type, though. He’s always runnin’ around too much for that. If you ask me, that Patrick Mahomes fellow seems like he could use a team name as fast as he is on the field.
Then there is also a name, “Post Mahomes”. Reminds me of that Post Malone singer, I think so. But it doesn’t make sense to me. Is Patrick Mahomes already a thing from the past? But I just saw him play on TV the other day. What does this name even mean?
And “Extreme Makeover: Mahomes Edition.” Now, what’s that supposed to mean? Is that Mahomes boy gettin’ a makeover? Is he gonna start wearin’ them fancy clothes, like them fellas in the magazines? Or is he gonna get one of them new-fangled haircuts? I don’t know, seems a bit much for a football player. But if you want a fantasy football names Patrick Mahomes, I guess you can use this one. But It just doesn’t make much sense to me.
I saw somethin’ about “Top Gun: Patrick.” Now that’s a movie I seen! That Tom Cruise, he was somethin’ else in that one. Flyin’ them airplanes, zoomin’ all over the place. I guess that’s kinda like Mahomes, always movin’ around, throwin’ that ball like a rocket. That’s probably one of the better fantasy football names Patrick Mahomes I’ve heard.
My grandson, he keeps saying that Mahomes ain’t been doin’ so good in that fantasy thing lately. Something about “points” and “averages”. I don’t know nothin’ about all that. I just know that boy can play. So even if he ain’t the best in that fantasy football, he’s still fun to watch.
They also say a good fantasy football names Patrick Mahomes should be an art, especially for his fans. I am not sure if I understand what this mean. Does that mean we need to draw a picture of him? Or make up a song about him? If you ask me, a team name should be simple.
- Mahomestown Hero
- Work From Mahomes
- Post Mahomes
- Extreme Makeover: Mahomes Edition
- Top Gun: Patrick
So, there you have it. Some of them fantasy football names Patrick Mahomes I heard. Don’t know if any of ’em are any good. But if you’re gonna play that fantasy football thing, you gotta have a name, right? Just pick one that makes you chuckle a little, I reckon. That’s what I’d do. And if that Mahomes boy keeps playin’ like he does, maybe we’ll all be callin’ ourselves “Mahomes Heroes” before too long. You never know, do you?
I heard people on the internet are rating these team names, and there are also some tools that can help you pick up the best names. You only need to sync your team to it, whatever that means. They say fantasy football and Patrick Mahomes Fantasy Team Names are two tags. Well, I don’t know what tags are. Maybe like the tags on my old cow?
My grandson also said that Patrick Mahomes‘ middle name is Lavon, and his full name is Patrick Lavon Mahomes II. Why is the “II” there? Is there an old Patrick Lavon Mahomes somewhere? That boy always tells me these weird things that I don’t understand.
Anyway, I think I will just call my team “Mahomes Magic”, since that boy sure does some magic on the field. Or maybe “Running Mahomes” since he is always running around? I don’t know. What do you think?
